Why we started Lonestar

After too many DFW homeowners told us the same story — a contractor who showed up after a storm, pushed a quick sale, and disappeared once the check cleared — we built Lonestar Roofing & Construction to do the opposite. Free, honest inspections. Documentation you keep either way. A crew that's still around for the warranty call, not just the sale.

How we operate

We're a licensed, insured general contractor, manufacturer-certified across the roofing systems we install. Every inspection comes with a written report and photos — whether you move forward with us or not. When a repair is the right call instead of a full replacement, we say so, even though it's the smaller job.

Lonestar is still a family business, and we treat every home we work on the way we'd want ours treated. That's not a slogan for us — it's the standard the crew is actually held to on every job site.

Meet the founder

Wesley Morgan founded Lonestar Roofing and Construction to fix what he saw going wrong across the industry: contractors who disappear once the insurance check clears, and homeowners left to fight denied or underpaid claims on their own. He personally focuses on the insurance side of the business — walking homeowners through claim denials, underpayments, and what their policy actually covers, before a single shingle gets replaced.
